What this quiz tests

This BJJ submissions quiz checks knowledge every competitor must master: which attacks are legal at your belt. Kneebar and toe hold from brown, wrist locks from blue, heel hook and reaping in no-gi for adult brown and black belts since the 2021 reform: eight questions sweep the whole chart, gi and no-gi, down to the special case of the slam.
